The four reference brains in wiki/ describe a voice-over story-ad skeleton. This is the same skeleton compiled into a song: the entire narration is sung, caption pills are verbatim lyric lines, and every cut in the edit lands on a lyric-line start pulled from the song's aligned-word timestamps. Two models only, as briefed — Suno V5_5 for the track, Seedance 2.0 Mini for every frame of video, both via kie.ai.
sound on — the song is the narration
Lyrics were written by a three-writer panel (hook-first / anthem-first / story-first) and scored by two adversarial judges against the svekr invariant checklist and the offer-page claims ceiling. The story-first draft won on both scorecards; the anthem draft's chorus machinery was grafted in. Three Suno takes protected the spoken direct-response outro from duration truncation.
Same fingerprint as the reference: story before product, witnessed smiling insult with a numeric count, three named failed fixes before the mentor, the blame-absolving reframe, time-stamped object proofs small→large, the biggest number at the conversion beat — and the sales language quarantined in the final sixth.
| Timecode | Song section | svekr stage | What the format demands |
|---|---|---|---|
| 0:04–0:32 | Verse 1sparsest arrangement | Hook — public humiliation | Scandal sentence you'd text a friend; numbers in 6 s; insult delivered with a smile; passive-ally beat; hurt landing |
| 0:32–0:57 | Verse 2bed enters, restrained | Pain escalation | ≥3 failed fixes by name + authority dismissal + private rock bottom, before any solution |
| 0:57–1:15 | Pre-Choruslift begins | Mentor & reframe | Same wound survived, living proof (−34), reframe that absolves, bag-reach cliffhanger |
| 1:15–1:38 | Chorus 1the one swell | Product reveal + mechanism | First product frame at 33.6% riding the only swell; gold takes the palette; mechanism ≤8 s, fear-dark → solution-gold |
| 1:38–1:58 | Verse 3double-time | Transformation ladder | Week-stamped digits on objects: belt notch, spinning ring, the zipper — proofs, never adjectives |
| 1:58–2:21 | Bridgehush + 8 s hold | Culmination | Same arena, 40× the witnesses; the one 8–11 s held shot at the emotional core; freeze → silence |
| 2:21–2:54 | Final Choruskey lift | Conversion + identity | Tormentor converts to customer on-screen; biggest numbers at the DM beat; gracious narrator, one thesis line |
| 2:54–3:37 | Spoken Outroresolving cadence | Direct pitch + CTA | Same voice sells; pain mirrored verbatim; guarantee stated-then-dismissed; "link's below", no price, music resolves — never cut |
Before any scene was generated, two Seedance turnaround reels locked the cast. Their hosted URLs rode along as reference_video_urls on every scene call; the passport document pins every anchor — hair, freckles, pearls, hoops, the emerald satin — so 9 independent generations read as one film.

Seedance Mini prices per task, near-flat — so the build uses few long multi-shot clips instead of many short ones, then covers the full timeline the way the references do: crop-punched insert repeats, re-grades, B&W stingers, passport-reel callbacks, a post-made phone insert (models garble text; the DM must be screenshot-crisp), and one freeze-tail.

Seedance rejects calls whose reference videos total over 15 seconds. Fix: one combined ≤15 s character reel, uploaded through kie.ai's file API.
Suno silently drops lyrics that don't fit the requested duration. The brand line survived only on take three — verify against the aligned words before building anything on a track.
10–15 s clips cost nearly the same (~110–150 credits). Long multi-shot clips + editorial reuse beat many short generations; 480p saves almost nothing.
"The wikis fix the skeleton. The song fixes the clock. Everything else is a slot."
